Justine (Jun) Zhou
CEO
Among all of her talents and charms, Justine is most famous for her ability to know "all" things and her approachable style. As a one-of-a-kind CPA who also excels in real estate investment, retirement planning and insurance, Justine was once given the nickname of "The Renaissance Woman", meaning " a woman who can do all things if she will." In spite of her seniority, Justine is a very approachable professional who genuinely cares about each individual and business' needs and finding them solutions that best fit their unique situation. It is also under her vision and sensibility of the evolving customer needs that Zhou Agency has been successfully transformed into a multi-dimensional financial company offering versatile services in an integrated way.

Terry Strayn
Partner
Terry graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and also received a master’s degree in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Business of Management at Devry. Terry has more than 25 years of experience in corporate accounting as an accountant and financial analyst. He is mainly responsible for the company’s financial reporting and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions.

Jenny Wang
Advisor
Jenny graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and began her career in financial services having worked as an analyst in corporate finance and asset valuation. In 2013 Jenny obtained an M.B.A degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration in Finance, Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior. Prior to joining Zhou Agency, Jenny held global finance operations roles at Citibank and project management roles at The Boston Consulting Group. She is working to drive strategic initiatives in operations and teaming at Zhou Agency.

Kristy Zou
Director of Business Operation
Kristy obtained her M.B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and Bachelor of Arts from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Prior to joining Zhou Agency, Kristy had over 10 years of experiences in marketing and brand management. She worked in Shanghai as a brand manager at one of the worlds’ largest Consumer Packaged Goods Company - Unilever, and then moved to the U.S., continuing her marketing profession in developing and implementing various digital marketing campaigns for Caterpillar. Kristy is now responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the company including marketing, human resources and other strategic areas to ensure the profitability and growth of the organization.

Business Consultant
Jerry Chen graduated from Auckland University with information system management major in 1994. In 1999 and 2006, he received EMBA and Finance degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Jerry has more than 25 years of experience in corporate executives, including the manufacturing, investment and Internet industries. The European and American companies that he has served include: Whirlpool, Tetra Pak, Brady Corporation, etc.
